Kim Freshwater recently assisted my mother with finding and purchasing a home. We presented multiple challenges. My mother lived in Texas and I wanted her closer to me in Georgia as she is in her golden years. Moving is never easy but mom's age made me very concerned as I did not want this too  stressful on her. Mom was visiting Georgia for a week in late March and wanted to find the home prior to traveling back to Texas. After the initial visit and inspection, we planned to do everything else electronically. Kim was wonderful. She always let us know the next step. She was present for the inspection and any other visits required to the home prior to the purchase. Of course, she was also great with me as I had to sign via power of attorney and never did this before.
